NO-GO: One High responsive defect remains open, and two Medium UX defects reduce the trustworthiness of login recovery and form comprehension for non-technical users.

## Product-facing assessment
The core desktop flow works: users can log in, understand the main dashboard, create a run, see it in history, and open completed reports/logs. The strongest release risk is mobile layout clipping. The next most important product improvements are keeping invalid-login errors inside the branded UI and marking the requirement document as required before submission.

## Limitations and untested scope
- The newly created run was verified in queued state immediately after submission; completion of that new run was not required to prove the UI create action appeared in history.
- Mobile testing focused on the login viewport due available non-destructive browser tooling; desktop dashboard flows were fully exercised.
- No destructive actions were performed.
- Credentials were used only to authenticate and were not recorded in artifacts.
