## Product/UX Assessment
The login and create-run dashboard are simple and understandable. Required-field validation prevents empty submissions, but it relies on browser-native messages rather than product-styled guidance. The happy-path form submission works enough to create a history row. However, the newly submitted run did not expose Report or Logs links during the QA observation window, leaving a non-technical reviewer without a way to inspect the submitted run output.

## Go/No-Go Recommendation
No-Go. A High functional defect remains in the core acceptance scope: report/log links were not available for the newly submitted run.

## Limitations and Untested Scope
Testing used the provided QA environment and safe UI interactions only. Credentials are not included in artifacts. The queued worker was observed for a limited smoke-test window; deeper backend worker diagnosis was intentionally out of scope for this functional product QA package.
