## Product/PM Assessment
The create-run flow works end-to-end through the browser UI. The login, new run form, history row, report link, and logs link are understandable to a non-technical admin user. Negative checks for invalid login and blank required fields behaved safely.

Go for this smoke scope. No Critical or High defects were found, and the single in-scope requirement passed with evidence.

## Limitations and Untested Scope
- This run focused on the requested create-run/history/report/log smoke path only.
- Deep validation of generated QA report content from the newly submitted child run was not in scope.
- Credentials are intentionally excluded from all artifacts.
