# Shiva Tandav Hook — Direction and Screenplay V2

## Production target

- Runtime: 35.03 seconds; music only; vertical 9:16.
- Story arc: **Invocation → Presence → Awakening → Tandava → Grace**.
- Edit on measured audio accents at 3.3, 4.9, 7.2, 9.3, 11.8, 15.1, 18.2, 20.3, 22.0, 24.6, 27.5, 30.0, 33.3 and 35.03 seconds.
- Generate every H3 source as a five-second clip, but use only the first 1.6–3.3 seconds specified below. This cuts away before long-generation geometry drift begins.
- Keep Shiva character shots free of handheld props. Put trident and damaru in separate insert shots.

## Visual direction

The reel begins with Kailash as a place, introduces Shiva through sacred symbols, reveals his presence without immediate full-body spectacle, reaches one short graphic Tandava peak, then resolves into abhishek and meditation. The palette moves from moonlit blue-gray to restrained silver-white at the peak and returns to calm dawn blue. The edit uses hard cuts on percussion accents; only the final two shots use a soft dissolve.

## Shot-by-shot screenplay

### 01 — 00:00.00–00:03.30 — The invocation

- Story: Kailash is introduced before Shiva appears.
- First frame: Photorealistic vertical wide shot of Mount Kailash under a large cool moon, thin clouds crossing the summit, one distant stone temple at the base, wet black foreground rocks, premium Indian mythological cinema, cool blue-gray palette, symmetrical negative space. Constraints: empty landscape, clean geometry, no text or branding.
- H3 motion: `The exact moonlit Kailash landscape remains structurally constant. Thin high clouds and low valley mist drift gently while the mountain, temple and rocks retain their original shape and position. The camera remains fixed at constant distance and framing.`
- Camera/edit: Locked 24 mm wide; hard cut on the 3.3-second accent.

### 02 — 00:03.30–00:04.90 — The first vibration

- Story: A single temple bell announces a sacred presence.
- First frame: One large ancient bronze temple bell hanging alone beneath a dark carved stone arch, cool dawn light, distant Kailash softly visible, centered vertical close shot, realistic aged metal and rope. Constraints: one complete bell, empty archway, no hands, flame, text or branding.
- H3 motion: `The single bronze bell retains its exact shape and suspension point while making one restrained small swing. The rope follows the same short arc and the background remains structurally constant. The camera remains fixed.`
- Camera/edit: Locked 50 mm; cut at the end of one small swing.

### 03 — 00:04.90–00:07.20 — The witness

- Story: Nandi faces the unseen sanctum.
- First frame: One complete black-stone Nandi statue in three-quarter profile facing a shadowed temple doorway, wet courtyard stones, cool mist, soft moonlight, medium-wide vertical composition, premium realism. Constraints: one statue and pedestal, empty courtyard, no extra figures or branding.
- H3 motion: `The complete Nandi statue, pedestal, doorway and courtyard retain their exact geometry. Cool mist travels slowly across the floor and a faint moon reflection moves across wet stone. The camera remains fixed at constant distance and framing.`
- Camera/edit: Locked 35 mm; hard cut on 7.2-second percussion accent.

### 04 — 00:07.20–00:09.30 — The symbols

- Story: Trident and damaru establish Shiva before the reveal.
- First frame: One perfectly straight silver trident planted in dark Himalayan rock with one complete damaru tied securely below its prongs by red cord, moonlit mountain background, cool mist, centered medium-close vertical shot. Constraints: rigid complete props, empty landscape, no text or branding.
- H3 motion: `The single straight trident, one damaru, red cords and rocks retain their exact first-frame geometry. Only distant clouds and low mist drift gently. The camera remains fixed at constant distance and framing.`
- Camera/edit: Locked 65 mm; cut before any prop movement develops.

### 05 — 00:09.30–00:11.80 — The presence

- Story: Shiva is revealed from behind, facing Kailash.
- First frame: Photorealistic rear three-quarter medium-wide portrait of Shiva standing still on a mountain ledge, blue skin, matted hair and crescent moon, tiger-skin drape, both arms relaxed naturally at his sides, Kailash ahead, simple silhouette, cool moonlight. Constraints: exactly one figure and two arms; hands empty; no weapons, fire, text or branding.
- H3 motion: `Shiva's rear three-quarter standing silhouette, two relaxed arms, hair, costume and mountain ledge retain their exact original form. Motion is limited to gentle hair tips, cloth edges and distant clouds. The camera makes a restrained five-percent forward drift while preserving subject size and anatomy.`
- Camera/edit: 50 mm, minimal straight push; cut on 11.8-second accent.

### 06 — 00:11.80–00:15.10 — Stillness before power

- Story: A calm profile confirms identity without spectacle.
- First frame: Photorealistic vertical shoulder-up profile of Shiva, natural dark eyes, blue skin, three horizontal vibhuti lines, closed ornamental third-eye marking, crescent moon and cobra, cool soft moonlight, plain blue-gray mist background. Constraints: empty hands outside frame, neutral expression, no flame, glowing effects, text or branding.
- H3 motion: `Shiva's profile, natural eye appearance, facial features, crescent, cobra and markings retain their exact first-frame form. Motion is limited to subtle breathing, two or three loose hair strands and cool background mist. The camera remains fixed at constant distance and framing.`
- Camera/edit: Locked 85 mm; use the 13.5-second internal accent for a two-frame exposure lift only; hard cut at 15.1.

### 07 — 00:15.10–00:18.20 — Ganga awakens

- Story: Sacred energy enters as water rather than destructive VFX.
- First frame: A narrow Himalayan waterfall descends from beneath a crescent-shaped rock into a clear dark pool, one small stone Shiva emblem beside it, cold silver daylight, mist and detailed wet rock, vertical medium-wide landscape. Constraints: empty landscape, stable rock geometry, no figure, text or branding.
- H3 motion: `The waterfall follows one continuous natural path into the pool while the crescent rock, emblem, mountains and surrounding stones retain exact geometry. Mist rises gently from the water. The camera remains fixed.`
- Camera/edit: Locked 35 mm; cut on the 18.2-second impact.

### 08 — 00:18.20–00:20.30 — The cosmic beat

- Story: The damaru signals the beginning of Tandava.
- First frame: One complete damaru resting alone on a black stone altar, red cord arranged neatly, three vibhuti lines behind it, cool directional temple light, macro vertical composition, detailed wood and cord texture. Constraints: one drum, empty altar, no hands, flame, text or branding.
- H3 motion: `The damaru, red cord, altar and vibhuti lines retain their exact geometry. A soft circular shadow pulse crosses the altar once in time with the music while every solid object remains fixed. The camera remains fixed.`
- Camera/edit: Locked 100 mm macro; one light pulse, hard cut at 20.3.

### 09 — 00:20.30–00:22.00 — The footfall

- Story: Tandava begins through a graphic silhouette, avoiding detailed anatomy.
- First frame: Low-angle silhouette of one bare blue foot poised one inch above a flat wet stone, tiger-skin cloth edge visible at top, circular ripples already present in a shallow pool, cold backlight, vertical close shot. Constraints: one anatomically correct foot, no face, hands, props, fire, text or branding.
- H3 motion: `The single foot lowers a short controlled distance onto the flat stone and then holds. The existing water ripples expand outward while the leg, cloth edge, rock and lighting retain their original form. The camera remains fixed.`
- Camera/edit: Locked 70 mm; impact exactly at 21.2 seconds; cut at 22.0.

### 10 — 00:22.00–00:24.60 — Tandava peak

- Story: One iconic dance pose delivers the visual climax.
- First frame: Wide backlit silhouette of Shiva in one balanced Tandava pose on a mountain plateau, exactly two arms forming clean separated shapes, hands empty, one raised leg and one grounded leg, crescent moon and hair silhouette visible, huge moon behind, cool silver-white palette, minimal detail. Constraints: one figure, simple limb separation, no props, fire, crowd, text or branding.
- H3 motion: `The single Shiva silhouette, two arms and balanced leg pose retain their exact readable shape. Motion is limited to hair tips, cloth edges and a slow halo of clouds around the moon. The camera remains fixed at constant distance and framing.`
- Camera/edit: Locked 24 mm; two fast editorial punch-ins made in post from the same stable source at 22.8 and 23.8 seconds; hard cut at 24.6.

### 11 — 00:24.60–00:27.50 — The universe responds

- Story: Tandava transforms the environment, not Shiva's anatomy.
- First frame: Mount Kailash centered beneath concentric silver cloud rings, stars visible through gaps, wet foreground stones, high-detail photorealistic vertical landscape, cool blue and silver palette. Constraints: empty landscape, stable mountain, no text or branding.
- H3 motion: `Kailash and foreground rocks retain exact geometry while the concentric cloud rings rotate slowly and mist flows through the valley. Starlight remains restrained and constant. The camera makes a very slow pullback.`
- Camera/edit: 24 mm slow pullback; cut on 27.5-second accent.

### 12 — 00:27.50–00:30.00 — Power becomes grace

- Story: Energy resolves into abhishek.
- First frame: One polished black-stone Shiva Lingam and complete yoni base centered under one copper vessel, one thin water stream, three fresh bilva leaves neatly at the base, symmetrical cool temple sanctum, wet reflections. Constraints: stable objects, empty sanctum, no flame, text or branding.
- H3 motion: `The Lingam, yoni base, copper vessel and three bilva leaves retain exact first-frame geometry. One thin water stream flows continuously and cool mist moves gently through the sanctum. The camera remains fixed.`
- Camera/edit: Locked 50 mm; short four-frame dissolve into shot 13.

### 13 — 00:30.00–00:33.30 — The return to stillness

- Story: Shiva is now meditating; the force has settled.
- First frame: Distant wide vertical portrait of Shiva meditating cross-legged on a dark rock, exactly two arms with hands resting separately on knees, simple blue silhouette, Kailash at dawn behind him, soft cool mist, no handheld props. Constraints: one figure, clear limb separation, no fire, lightning, text or branding.
- H3 motion: `Shiva's seated silhouette, two arms, separately resting hands and cross-legged pose retain their exact readable form. Motion is limited to gentle hair tips, cloth edges, valley mist and dawn clouds. The camera slowly pulls back while maintaining the centered silhouette.`
- Camera/edit: 35 mm slow pullback; soft dissolve beginning at 33.1.

### 14 — 00:33.30–00:35.03 — Completion

- Story: End on Kailash, not a logo or text card.
- First frame: Same moonlit Kailash composition as shot 1 transitioning into first dawn light, temple at the base, thin valley mist, wet foreground rocks, clean vertical landscape.
- H3 motion: `The Kailash landscape, temple and foreground rocks retain exact geometry as the sky shifts subtly from moonlit blue toward cool dawn. Thin valley mist drifts gently. The camera remains fixed.`
- Camera/edit: Locked 24 mm; music ends on the unchanged mountain; fade picture to black only during the final six frames.

## Generation and assembly rules

1. Generate fourteen unique 9:16 first frames; never loop an image or H3 clip.
2. Keep H3 prompts affirmative-only. Store avoid terms as QA metadata instead of appending them to H3's positive prompt.
3. Use H3 at native 768×1376, 24 fps, Turbo LoRA 0.8 and realism LoRA 0.7; use only the screenplay duration from each five-second generation.
4. Character shots contain simple silhouettes or empty hands; prop inserts contain zero characters. This prevents hand/prop occlusion drift.
5. Assemble by trimming each source to its exact time range before concatenation, then aspect-preserving scale and center-crop to 1080×1920 at 30 fps with the original audio.

## Approval gate

- Review every shot at start, midpoint and final used frame.
- Reject any face, eye, limb, prop, statue, bead, leaf or camera-framing change not specified above.
- Run one full-timeline Gemini review after assembly; client delivery requires no major or critical issue.
